Welcome to my site! I am Kat Timpson a North Central NJ Realtor® who specializes in divorce, residential and investment real estate in Essex, Morris, and Union Counties, New Jersey. I hold a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce™ and am trained in and dedicated to supporting clients with the various housing issues divorcing/divorced people experience: rentals, sales and/or spousal buy-outs. I believe that real estate is a key vehicle for growing wealth and am devoted to helping people, looking for NJ property investment opportunities, to obtain their goals. Further, I work to enhance women's financial literacy so that, single or not, they are better able to gain financial security and take advantage of real estate opportunities. Before getting my license, I was a consumer who owned, moved to and upgraded/renovated 5 different homes over 22 years so I know both sides of the buying and selling processes first-hand.
