Meet Kat Timpson - A Real Estate Divorce Specialist

I am Kat Timpson a North Central NJ Realtor® who specializes in divorce real estate in Essex, Morris, and Union Counties, New Jersey. I am a Certified Divorce Specialist(CDS) and hold a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce™(RCSD). I am trained in and dedicated to supporting clients with the various housing issues divorcing/divorced people experience: rentals, sales and/or spousal buy-outs.

Before getting my real estate license, I was a consumer who owned, moved to and upgraded/renovated 5 different homes over 22 years so I know both sides of the buying and selling processes first-hand.

I am an energetic public speaker and presentation coach focusing on personal authenticity and the the avenue that gives to create more of what we want in life. Prior to real estate I worked as a news-radio personality and public relations specialist.
